I am senior at Blue Valley West High School in Overland Park, Kansas. I took my first ever film photography class 2 years ago, during my sophomore year of high school and I am taking 2 semesters of photography again during my senior year. I really enjoy the process of exposing and developing my photos, but especially this year I have loved finding such a creative outlet in photography. I have been able to work with so many mediums to make my photos more dynamic and interesting. I also enjoyed the creative support of my classmates and teacher.

Next year I will continue my academic journey at Emporia State University and I hope to continue in photography classes there as well.
